Building a Consistent Aesthetic
A lot of the accounts known for a distinctive look on Facebook stick to one or two styles instead of switching between all of them. Picking a signature style, say small caps for captions and bold for headlines, gives your posts a consistent feel that people start to recognize without you having to say anything about it.
Pairing works too. Try a bold word for the first line of a caption and leave the rest in plain text underneath, or wrap a single keyword in circled letters in the middle of a sentence. The contrast between styled and plain text does more visual work than styling an entire paragraph.
